Christian Music Festival
Bagnell Dam Outreach
The Bagnell Dam Outreach presents a Christian Music Festival 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20 at Luby’s Stage on the Bagnell Dam Boulevard in Lake Ozark.
Six different bands will perform from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
11 a.m.: Michael Sixkiller
12 p.m.: Glory Road Band
1:15 p.m.: Blackhorse Revival
2:30 p.m.: Mission 5:16
3:45 p.m.: Sanctified Blues Band
5 p.m.: Joe Lewis

Saturday's Big Bass Bash Results
LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. – Hundreds of bass fishermen casted throughout the Lake on Saturday, Oct. 6, for the Big Bass Bash organized by Anglers In Action.

The weight to beat early Saturday was 6.05 lbs. with two weigh-ins left to finish Day One of the weekend-long competition for more than $200,000 in cash prizes. Winners to be announced by LakeExpo.com after the awards ceremony at the tournament’s conclusion.

Big Bass Bash
LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. -- One Monster fish can earn you tens of thousands of dollars this weekend as the Big Bash Bash returns to Lake of the Ozarks.
No professional fishermen allowed. Only amateurs get to cast for more than $200,000 in cash awards. First place for the weekend will make $60,000 and a total of 200 places get paid.
On Friday, Oct. 5, register at Osage Beach Bait & Tackle from 10am-2pm and at PB#2 from 3pm-8pm.
Saturday-Sunday, Oct. 6-7, anglers man register at all of the weigh-in locations starting at 6 am. Weigh-In locations are PB#2, Red Oak Resort, Alhonna Resort, and Red Fox Bar & Grill.
Registrations will be accepted in cash or credit card only. No checks will be accepted.
The Award's Ceremony will take place at PB#2. It will begin at 4:30pm on Sunday. Parking will be available at PB#2, the Pa-He-Tsi boat ramp, and at the Church At Osage Hills. Shuttles will run from Pa-He-Tsi and the Church At Osage Hills transporting anglers to and from the Award's Ceremony.

The Olive Branch Restaurant
The Olive Branch Restaurant is moving to the Indian Rock Golf Course in Laurie. Formerly located in the old St. Patrick’s Catholic Church building in Gravois Mills, owner Brad and Jean Vold invite you to opening day of the new restaurant on Friday, Aug. 17. The restaurant hours will be 8 a.m.-9 p.m. seven days a week.
Vold plans to create a dining experience similar to a winery with a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Award winning Italian cuisine is the specialty of the house, along with delicious chicken, seafood and steak dishes. Customer favorites include the beef spedini, which is thinly sliced steak rolled in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, on a bed of steaming pasta. Two of the best selling dishes are their authentic Italian lasagna or fried spaghetti and vegetables with shrimp or chicken. The fried spaghetti also comes in a Creole’ version. Be sure to save room for homemade cheese cake or tiramisu and spumoni ice cream.
Happy hour and reduced priced drinks will be from 2 to 5 p.m. On Wednesday nights there will be chicken-wing specials.

Beautiful Mornings!
